Amsterdam, 06 March 2019 – The Dutch branche of global provider of legal services ARAG SE and B. Amsterdam, a workplace innovator and the largest startup ecosystem in Europe, will launch the Legal Tech Studio – a hub that provides entrepreneurs and startups with the right tools and network to build their legal technology business. The studio will be an effective space for corporate partners, talent, startups and legal innovators to scale and grow together.
The legal tech industry has seen exponential growth over the past couple of years. Amsterdam has solidified itself as having thriving tech talent – and a startup ecosystem with an acumen for innovation and the city is actively supporting initiatives in the legal tech space.

Together, B. Amsterdam and ARAG SE NL will transform 300m2 into open and flexible work spaces where promising legal tech startups can learn from each other. The Legal Tech Studio offers a full program of masterclasses, workshops, regular speakers and interactive sessions from industry professionals to exchange knowledge. An official launch party and a full quarterly program will be announced soon. The founders are currently taking applications from startups and individuals and other tenants interested in joining the studio.

Legal Tech Studio members already include, Appjection, the fast-growing Dutch legal tech startup which allows consumers to object against your unfair traffic fines in just 2 minutes. Young law and Adapting Legal will also be part of the first batch of carefully curated tenants participating in ARAG SE NL’s incubation program.
