To get acces as a member outside of our public opening hours, you'll need an app for B.1 and B.2 and a hardcopy pass for B.3.

Firstly, you’ll need to be authorized by our service department. On this page you can find out how to get authorized for the app and how to get a pass.

You need a security code to turn off the alarm and get acces to your tower before 9am and during the weekend. Remember that every company has their own private code. The community manager provides this to your primary contactperson or office manager.

how to get authorized
for a pass

  1. Please note that there are a limited number of passes available per office. If you need more passes, additional costs will be charged.
  2. Send an email to florentine@b-buildingbusiness.com with the following information: • Request a B.3 access pass • Forename, Surname • Company name • Email • Phone number
  3. Get your pass at the B.3 front desk

Everything you need to be successful. Fast wi-fi, a big box for all your packages and a hairdresser for the more "important" meetings.


We host a super-fast internet connection with the highest security standards in cooperation with ZeroSpace. But to provide everyone with the fastest connection, it's not possible to have your own personal wi-fi in the office.

Guests can use the internet by connecting with our wifi network: B. our guest.

Go to the login page in your browser and press ‘get internet access’. No password needed!

print, scan & copy

In every B. building, we have printing services available for you to use. However, first you'll have to set up your own printing account, find out how below.

In every B. building we provide printing services.

  • B.1: next to the coworking space on the second floor
  • B.2: next to the BringMe boxes
  • B.3: next to the BringMe boxes

sign up to the printing portal.

Follow these steps to use our print services:

  1. Register as a user and put credit on your personal B. printing account via the online portal.
  2. When logging in, make sure you put .b behind your name to access your account.

how to print.

  1. Log into your printing account and choose 'Web Print'.
  2. Upload the document that you would like to print and click 'next'. When the document has been processed you can decide between monochrome and color printing.
  3. Your document will now be sent to the printer.
  4. Log into your chosen printer with your user account and click on the document that you would like to print.

The printing prices are communicated at the printer.

how to scan & copy.

  1. Log into your chosen printer with your user account and choose 'copy' or 'scan2mail'.
  2. Place your document(s) in the top part of the scanner or use the scanning glass in the machine. Adjust the details and fill in the amount of copies you want to make.
  3. Press 'Ok'.

When using the scan2mail option, make sure you change the e-mail address that is automatically filled in to the required one.

receive packages.

Together with BringMe, you can securely receive your packages at B. Don't forget to set up your personal account!

send & receive mail.

All mail arrives at the front desk. From here, we'll distribute it to the relevant companies within B.. Make sure if you send mail to someone with a mailbox at B., it states both the company name and a personal name. This way we can make the process of sending and receiving mail as smooth as possible. Questions about your incoming mail? Ask your front desk.


A good haircut says a lot. Luckily for us, Yoelle van Andel has landed at B. after travelling the world with her scissors. Now available for all of your hairdressing needs.



B. parking has three different locations available for members and visitors. Each location has different rules regarding short-term parking.

The parking is managed by parkinyou and they handle all invoices and inquiries. You can always contact them directly at info@parkingyou.nl.

How to apply for a member parking spot.

You can find pricing, the application form and other information for a parking subscription here. We'll check the waitinglist for B.2 and B.3 first before officially giving you a spot.

You can also park for a short time (less than 2 hours) at each location, but you need a reservation for B.2 and B.3.

How to make a reservation for your visitor.


  • Per hour it's €2,- with a maximum of €12,- per day
  • No reservation necessary

Pay with debit at the ticket booth that you find at the main entrance of B.


  • Go to parkbeagle and reserve a spot at the visitor parking that is located on the right side of the B.2 building
  • You will receive a code that needs to be entered at the gate to drive in- and out
  • Don't forget to forward this code to your guest.

Our front desk can not open or close the gate. You can call parkingyou directly if you need their assistence.


There are limited guest parking spots available at B.3 so make sure to reserve a spot at least one day before. You can make a reservation for max 3 guests per day based on availability.

You can send an e-mail directly to frontdesk.b3@b-buildingbusiness.com to reserve a parking spot for your visitor. Provide the frontdesk with the following information:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Day and time frame

They can also park at B.1 if your guest needs more than 2 hours of parking.

The frontdesk will refer to our B.1 parking deck when you did not sign up for the  guest parking or when there are no parking spots left.

digital frontdesk.

We offer a digital front desk for inviting and receiving visitors in B.2. You have to invite them via a link in your calendar which they can use to sign in at the BringMe Desk upon arrival.

You will be informed of the arrival of your quest by a notification via the app. You have to pick up your guest in the lounge and/or you can leave a personal message.

The office manager will be added in the system as the head user of your company. He or she have to add the rest of the team to the BringMe. Find the instructions here.

Users can be added manually or by downloading a CSV template. Important note: if someone leaves the company they should also be disconnected.

Food is the fuel that we thrive on. If it's our lunch at STACH, catering at the office or a good dinner at Bureau, we need it to keep on going.


In all the B. buildings you can order various daily member lunches here. Order before 10:00 and you can pick it up from noon up at the coffee bar of your building. You can also get sandwiches from STACH at the B.1 & B.3 building until 15:00.

Next to this we have a range of tasty snacks to choose from in the lounges. At the STACH shop-in-shop in B.1 you find a more extensive range of products like a good bottle of wine!

Bureau is located on the fifth floor of B.1; take the elevator and you'll find the restaurant and a beautiful rooftop park overlooking the city.

Bar Bistro Bureau was completely renovated during lockdown. So it's definitely worth taking a look!
